Yes! All our meals are Gluten & Dairy free and we also have vegan options. You will find our allergens listed on ourĀ websiteĀ for each meal. All our meals are preservative free.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays.
When is the cut off for ordering ?
Cut off isĀ 12pm Sunday forĀ aĀ Tuesday deliveryĀ &Ā 12pm WednesdayĀ forĀ Friday Delivery.Ā Our meals have a 7 day shelf life, therefore we suggest you order your weekly meals for drop off one day a week.
This will be one delivery cost, Please be sure to update/change any orders in your subscription by these times too!

Whathappens if I miss my cut-off date?
If you miss the cut off your meals will be delivered the following week.
What is the shelf life on the meals?
Our meals have a 7 day shelf-life. OurĀ Heat & EatĀ range can be frozen for up to months.Ā If you wish to freeze your bowl it must be frozen within the Used By Date. Once defrosted, must be consumed within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes there is a minimum order of $69.
Is there a delivery cost?
Yes the delivery cost is $15 per order.
How does the subscription work?
We know life is busy, so we have included a subscription option, with no lock in contracts! You can select subscription and update/edit your weekly meals or just set and forget! We can take care of the ordering when you donāt have the time.Ā Ā
Where is the best place to have my mealsdelivered?
We will deliver your meals in a box with a refrigerated ice pack. We recommend not leaving your box out in the elements (especially a summers day) any longer than 3-4 hours therefore, if preferred, we suggest delivery to your workplace. We deliver between the hours of 6am-3pm. Ā If you require your order to be left in a specific place please include this in the comments section.Ā
What are the heating instructions?
Our Heat & Eat meals can be microwaved or oven heated.

Microwave ā Piece the film in three places. Place in microwave and heat on high for 3 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.

Conventional Oven (fan-forced) - . Peel back film seal slightly in one corner Ā°C preheat oven to 180 only and heat for 12-15 mins. The product will be HOT so please take care.

Is our packaging recyclable?
Our containers are PETĀ 100% recyclable plastic.
Do my cold bowls come with cutlery?
The cold bowls do come with a wooden fork, however, our Heat & Eat meals do not.
