Middle Eastern Falafel

Our NEW Middle Eastern inspired bowl is a collaboration with local business GOFALAFULL. From the mountain villages of Lebanon, Cathy created this traditional falafel recipe - passed down from her Grandmothers to her kitchen... and now we bring it to yours!

This bowl high is prebiotic fibre & aids in detoxification. The lentil & currant base has a touch of sweetness and the falafels are made with chickpeas directly from Pangkarra in the Clare Valley, South Australia. Cathy's falafel's are made using fresh herbs and spices (no powders used here!)

This bowl is packed with a colourful range of gut boosting prebiotic fibre and anti-inflammatory properties from the roasted pumpkin & beetroot. Prebiotics keep your gut microbiome happy, so you’ll be glowing on the inside & outside.
