All our meals are Gluten & Dairy free and we also contain vegan options. You will find our allergens listed on our website for each meal. All our meals are preservative free.

We deliver to your home or business on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We do have the option to select "Pick Up" from Shop 2 & 3 109, Findon Road Woodville South.

Collection can take place between 1pm-6pm on Mondays and Thursdays.

Cut off is 12pm Sunday for a Tuesday delivery & 1pm Wednesday for Friday Delivery. Our meals have a 7 day shelf life, therefore we suggest you order your weekly meals for drop off one day a week. This will be one delivery cost.

Please be sure to update/change any orders in your subscription by these times too!

Our meals have a 7 day shelf-life. Our Heat & Eat range can be frozen for up to 3 months. If you wish to freeze your bowl it must be frozen within the Used By Date. Once defrosted, must be consumed within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.

We deliver to Metro Adelaide currently. Please contact us at kitchen@bowlsome.com.au and we can confirm the delivery to your area. 

Yes there is a minimum order of $55 for delivery.

Yes the delivery cost is $15 per order. Free Shipping on orders over $200. We deliver to Adelaide Metro Area.

We know life is busy, so we have included a subscription option, with no lock in contracts! You can select subscription and update/edit your weekly meals or just set and forget! We can take care of the ordering when you don’t have the time.

We will deliver your meals in a box with a refrigerated ice pack. We recommend not leaving your box out in the elements (especially a summers day) any longer than 3-4 hours therefore, if preferred, we suggest delivery to your workplace.

We deliver between the hours of 6am-3pm.  If you require your order to be left in a specific place please include this in the comments section. 

Our Heat & Eat meals can be microwaved or oven heated.

Microwave – Piece the film in three places. Place in microwave and heat on high for 3 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.

Conventional Oven (fan-forced. Peel back film seal slightly in one corner, preheat oven to 180°C only and heat for 12-15 mins. The product will be HOT so please take care.

Our containers are PET 100% recyclable plastic.

The cold bowls do come with a wooden fork, however, our Heat & Eat meals do not.
